The Drawing Imaginarium is back!

We are proud to announce that The Drawing Imaginarium, our festival of silly fun and creativity, is BACK!

First launched to celebrate our 10th anniversary in the Spring at the Yorkshire Sculpture Park, it is now becoming a travelling festival as the next edition is held on the 8th and 9th October at Dalston Square (London). Kindly supported by Hackney Council, it is entirely FREE. Yeepee!

So what can you expect for this Autumn/Winter edition? All the following and more!

We will have a special life drawing class, made of a giant birthday by Chi He and a friendly Yeti by George Northcott.  We will welcome Arty & Owl, two adventurous puppets created by the brilliant Katie Moore. Together, you will create felt friends to accompany them in their adventures.

Mr Folded will show you how to make the world's greatest origamis and our Queen of Make Julia Staite will run a Jolly Jellyfish workshop. We will turn Dalston Square into a heavenly paper world with a paper garden, complete with flowers and bugs, a paper ice cream parlour and Anorak's Happy Paper Band will provide background music with pan pipes and maracas.

Old favourites Pam & Tom and Arnold the ideas generator will be back as they were SUPER popular during our Spring edition. Last but NOT LEAST, the brilliant travelling bookshop How Brave is the Wren will be present with their beautiful selection of kids books and will host a specially 'Drawing Imaginarium' curated pop-up!
